What to expect at your first meeting

You're never required to speak. Meetings open with readings, followed by members sharing from personal experience. First-timers are welcome to sit, listen, and decide for themselves. Everything shared stays in the room — anonymity is foundational to the program. Coming to one meeting is not a commitment to anything.
